We are open 7 days a week, from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Last wash at 9:15 PM.

You can pay at the machine by scanning the QR code, or use the in-store payment kiosk. We use BubblePay's advanced payment technology and accept credit cards (including Visa and Mastercard), American Express, as well as mobile wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay. BubblePay QR coupons are also supported.

If you sign up for our free washes promotion, simply pay using your mobile or the in-store kiosk and log in with your mobile number and PIN. Your is ready to go with washes. If you have any issues while in the shop, our contact number is displayed inside the store.

Yes — we now provide a dedicated 14kg pet washer and a pet dryer, both clearly marked with a pet icon. Please use only machines labelled for pet items, remove excess fur before loading, and follow the posted hygiene instructions. Regular machines remain for non-pet items only.
